Account Registration

Eligibility

• You must be a licensed healthcare professional or authorized to use our services
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations

• Use the platform respectfully and professionally

Prohibited Uses

• Any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized activities
• Activities that could harm, disable, or impair our services
• Unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Spamming, phishing, or other malicious communications
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling our software

Sensitive data and AI services

You must not enter sensitive information that directly identifies a patient (patient name, patient identifier, etc.) in fields or contexts whose data is sent to AI service providers (e.g. report generation prompts or free-text fields used by AI). We do not knowingly transmit such data to AI providers; compliance with this rule by medical staff is necessary to maintain compliance and protection of patient data.

Billing and Payment

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• Payment is due upon receipt of invoice and must be made through approved payment methods
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be added to your bill
• Refunds are provided according to our refund policy and applicable law

Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing period
• Upon cancellation, you may export your data within 30 days

Eva Medical AI and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in and to the platform, including all intellectual property rights. Our services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of your patient data and any content you create using our platform. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to use your data solely for providing and improving our services.

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team or using the account cancellation feature in your dashboard.

Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in prohibited activities, or for other reasons at our sole discretion.
