What is AI medical dictation?
Classic medical dictation transcribes word for word: you must dictate the whole document, including its structure, punctuation and standard phrasing. Generative AI dictation goes further: you dictate the clinical facts only (reason for visit, history, examination, conclusion, plan) and the software writes the final document from a defined template.
The result is a consistent report from one consultation to the next, with the expected sections and mentions, without writing or formatting on your side.
How dictation works with Eva Medical AI
A single recording can produce up to three documents, for example the consultation report and the referral letter, dictated once.

Health data and hosting
Recordings, transcriptions and reports are hosted on Google Cloud infrastructure in France (Paris region), within a scope covered by the hosting provider's HDS certification, encrypted at rest and in transit. Data is never used to train AI models, and no patient-identifying data is sent to AI inference services.

Does dictation work on mobile?
