Automatic medical reports: one recording, several documents

An automatic medical report is generated by an AI from your dictation, following a defined document template: sections, terminology, tone and mandatory mentions. Eva Medical AI produces up to three documents from a single recording, which you review and validate before exporting to PDF or sending by e-mail.

From template to document: how generation works

The template defines the document structure: sections, order, level of detail, tone, mandatory mentions.
Your dictation is transcribed once.
The main format is generated, then the remaining formats, each from the same transcription.
The first document appears as soon as it is ready; you review and edit it in the editor.
You save, then export to PDF or send by e-mail. A custom title can replace the default document title.

Create your own templates with AI

From the template catalog, "Create with AI" opens a conversation: describe in natural language the expected sections and their order, the level of detail, the tone and terminology, the mandatory mentions. The assistant builds the structure, shows a sample output and iterates with you. Start from scratch or replace a built-in format with your own version.

Export, sharing and retention

PDF export with patient header (name, date of birth, visit date).
E-mail sending from the application.
Documents kept in your workspace as long as the account exists; permanently deleted when the account is closed.
Data hosted in France on Google Cloud (hosting provider's HDS scope), encrypted at rest and in transit.

Can I get several documents from a single dictation?

Yes: select 1 to 3 formats before dictating. Each format produces its own document from the same transcription, for example a consultation report and a referral letter.

Is the report adapted to my specialty?

Yes. Built-in templates match your profession, and you can create your own templates per specialty or procedure with the AI assistant.

Who is responsible for the document content?

The clinician. The AI prepares a structured document; you review, edit and validate the final content before any use, export or transfer.
